As the senior graphic designer at the K20 Center at the University of Oklahoma, I was tasked with co-managing the Center’s social media marketing strategy. Our team increased engagement 5-15 percent on posts concerning events, initiatives, and promotions the Center was involved in.

k20 social media Campaigns

I coordinated a Black History month to promote diverse learning objectives on the K20 Center’s LEARN platform which boosted our Instagram engagement to 15 percent.

The Supporting K20 Innovative Educators, or SKIE, award campaign helped encouraged educators to nominate and apply for our awards program supporting Oklahoma teachers.

Pinterest designs

For Maven and Muse Media, I helped design template designs for the business owner’s strategy.

For my own business, modern thumbprint, I utilized Pinterest to generate website traffic to my blog posts. My designs and strategy caused my account to grow to 677 followers in over a year and generate nearly 1,500 unique visitors to my website. My pins have created a 2,500 engaged audience with a total audience of 70,000.

Programs and mentors, such as the Elsynergy and Claudia Woodham, have helped teach me more about how to implement an effective B2B social media content marketing strategy to my audiences that I can adapt for multiple programs.
